The “Running Dog” website is owned and operated by Canter Marketing Pty Ltd (ABN29 123 025 034). Your use of the website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers set out below. Your use of the website constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Conditions.
Prices and taxes
Prices of products and delivery charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. Prices displayed on this website are inclusive of GST (Australia only). For customers in all other countries, you are responsible for any taxes, customs duties or other liabilities imposed by any government agency, on any products or services acquired or ordered by you from this website.
Orders
Any order placed by you on this website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product for the price (including the delivery and other charges and taxes) specified on the website at the time you place your order. Canter Marketing Pty Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Your contract with Canter Marketing only comes into existence when it forwards confirmation of receipt of your order and payment.
Delivery
We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible - generally we will ship within 24 hours (please see shipping details).
Our chosen delivery contractors include Australia Post and Sendle. We aim to get all deliveries made within 10 working days. Deliveries to Australian addresses usually arrive within three days of placing your order.
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been sent out.
Return Policy
Canter Marketing Pty Ltd will exchange any item for another item of equal value within 14 days of delivery should you not be totally happy with your purchase, (does not include delivery charges). Return your item to Canter Marketing Pty Ltd with your original receipt and a brief explanation of the problem. Canter Marketing Pty Ltd will not accept any items that have been damaged in transit.
You may also return any item to Canter Marketing Pty Ltd within 30 days if it should be received with manufacturing defects. Canter Marketing will examine the goods for defects and exchange them without question. If an exchange item is not available, for whatever reason, Canter Marketing Pty Ltd will refund in full the cost of the goods.
The cost incurred for returning goods not covered by the manufacturers warranty shall be at the customer’s expense. The return delivery charges will be refunded or no charge will be made for the delivery of exchange items if the goods are found to be defective pursuant to the manufacturers warranty.
NOTE: It is imperative that an item returned must be in original condition and that its packaging also be in its original condition.
Canter Marketing Pty Ltd reserves the right to withhold credited funds if these conditions are not met.

All Running Dog goods are packaged to ensure safe transit prior to the goods leaving our premises. Canter Marketing will not accept responsibility for any goods that may be damaged during delivery. You may arrange for insurance prior to the goods leaving Canter Marketing Pty Ltd. Please advise Canter Marketing Pty Ltd if you are intending to arrange insurance.
More legal stuff
Risk and Title
Canter Marketing Pty Ltd will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk in the products will pass to you upon their delivery to or collection by a postal or courier service. You should consider whether to obtain any suitable transit insurance.
Limitation of liability
Canter Marketing Pty Ltd will in no way be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from use or inability to use the website or for the cost of procurement of substitute products or resulting from any products purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the website or resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data or of any information contained on this website, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangibles, even if Canter Marketing Pty Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
